From home page, select state from drop down, then enter city, vicinity and type of accommodations, and whether has reported vacancies. Result is alpha by name (then nearby cities).
"Search" gives list of states plus the same search options. Selecting a state gives a list of cities.
"Advanced Search" gives added options on smoking, pets, accessibility and keyword & vicinity.
