Listing Type/Number:
Estimate about 600 detailed listings. Has a lot of basic contact listings, a few with a picture but no more visible detail; includes some closed inns. Featured listings have several pictures, moderate detail.
Type & Description:
Searchable database. From home page, can search by city, state, country and/or inn name, plus certain basic amenities or policies.
Can also click on a world map to get to a US map; click on state to get a state map showing inn locations (but no city names). Click on the dot for the inn to get the inn's listing.

Advanced Search allows multiple selections from amenity list, multiple keywords plus state, city, zip code (to 2-digit level!), area code and/or nearby city. While jacuzzi/spa not a search term, it does reflect in text search results.
Result is table with all inns that meet that criteria, featured (with a thumbnail, icons for various amenities/policies) link to homepage, link to amenities page (which is the descriptive page) and map link, then basic, in order of amenity match within category. Nearby city search does cross state lines if you don't also select a state, but some listed are pretty far away from the city requested. Also, can do special search using keywords and general location.
Quality Assurance:
Inns that enter amenities may also enter inspected status, but not a search term.
Other:
Has link to YAHOO® maps for all inns. Also has recipes, B&Bs for sale. Some inns have on-line availability or reservations thru several methods.

States promotion includes "pay-per-click" on 3 search engines.
